Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on 404digital.com from 404 Digital LLC ("404 Digital", "we", "us"). All payments are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars (USD).

2. How to cancel a subscription
Email info@404digital.com from the address used at checkout with the subject "Cancel subscription" and your plan name. Cancellations are confirmed by email within 24 hours on business days. Your access continues until the end of the billing period already paid, and you will not be charged again.
3. How to request a refund
- Email info@404digital.com with your order email, purchase date, amount and reason.
- We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Services and milestones
For SEO packages and custom development, scope and milestones are agreed in writing before work starts. If you cancel after kickoff, you pay only for milestones completed or work already delivered (e.g. audits, articles, backlinks placed, code delivered). Any remaining prepaid amount is refunded.
5. Non-refundable items
- Subscription periods that have ended and were used.
- Work already delivered and accepted (completed articles, placed backlinks, delivered code or reports).
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf with your approval (e.g. domains, paid placements, licences).
6. Defective or undelivered service
If a product does not work as described or is not delivered within the stated timeframe, contact us and we will fix it, re-deliver it, or give a full refund — your choice.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved within one business day.
