1. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and are final at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. One-time products are charged once.

The product name, description and billing frequency identify what you are purchasing. Before completing a purchase, review the selected product, its price and whether it is a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase. A one-time charge and a recurring monthly charge are different billing arrangements.

The product description and any written scope agreed for a custom project explain the applicable deliverables. If you are unsure which product fits your requirements, contact us before placing an order.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. The charge appears on your statement as "404 DIGITAL LLC".

Keep your purchase details and the email address used at checkout so that we can identify the transaction if you need assistance. Contacting our team does not require you to send your full payment card number, security code or banking password.

3. Delivery

Software access is delivered by email after payment. Service packages and custom projects start after a kickoff email, usually within 1–2 business days.

The kickoff email is the starting point for coordinating the selected service or project. For SEO packages and custom development, the scope and milestones are agreed in writing before work starts, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The completed deliverables depend on that agreed scope.

If you need help locating an access or kickoff email, contact us with your purchase email address and product name. Questions about defective or undelivered services are addressed in our refund policy.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The policy distinguishes software subscriptions, one-time software, SEO packages and custom projects. It explains the applicable refund periods, how to request cancellation, and how work already completed or delivered is treated. Cancellation and a refund request are related but separate requests; the policy explains each process.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, spam, or to infringe the rights of others.

This applies to the way you use software, supply project material and request integrations. Any material or access you provide for a project should be information you are authorized to use and share for that project.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Search engine rankings depend on third parties and are not guaranteed.

Illustrative charts, demonstration metrics and fictional project scenarios shown on the website explain possible uses of our services. They are not completed customer results or promises of a particular ranking, traffic level or commercial outcome. Code samples and API examples marked as illustrative are examples, rather than a connection to a live API service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
